The agreement between your business and BizPilot.

The service
BizPilot provides a subscription workforce and business management platform: recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, time & attendance, payroll tooling, HR records and related features, accessible via the web.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, safeguarding login credentials, and for the actions of users you invite. Access is role-based; grant permissions carefully.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in AUD per the pricing page, monthly or yearly, with a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle. Prices include applicable GST where stated.
Your data
Your business owns the data it stores in BizPilot. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. On cancellation you may export your data; we retain backups for a limited period before deletion.
Acceptable use
You must not use BizPilot to store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or resell the service without agreement.
Important limits
BizPilot is a management tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Award interpretations, payroll outputs and compliance features assist your decision-making — responsibility for meeting legal obligations remains with your business. Service is provided on an 'as available' basis with commercially reasonable uptime efforts.
