How BizPilot collects, uses and protects your information.

Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, business information), employee records your business enters into the platform, application data submitted by job candidates, and technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the BizPilot service to your business: running rosters, timesheets, payroll, recruitment and related workflows; to secure accounts; to provide support; and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Employee & candidate data
Your business is the controller of the workforce and candidate data it stores in BizPilot. We process it on your behalf, restrict access via role-based permissions, and retain it according to your instructions and applicable Australian record-keeping requirements.
Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on BizPilot servers.
Third parties
We use vetted providers to deliver the service — payments (Stripe), email (Resend), SMS (Twilio), banking data (Basiq, with your consent) and AI processing for Co-Pilot features. Each receives only the data required for its function.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via privacy@bizpilot.com.au. We respond in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)).
